How we work

We work with communities, not just for them

Our support pathway has five stages. Each one leaves capacities in place.

01

Participatory assessment

We read the territory with its people: risks, capacities and opportunities.

02

Co-design

We build solutions together with communities and institutions.

03

Implementation

We implement with technical rigor, a differential approach and care.

04

Monitoring

We measure results with clear indicators and learn along the way.

05

Capacity transfer

We leave tools and autonomy in place in the territory.
