Where we are
Based in Cundinamarca, with a national view
The Corporation is domiciled in Cundinamarca and supervised by the Government of Cundinamarca. We work wherever communities and institutions invite us.
Roadmap 2026–2027
Our first year, phase by phase
Annual Operating Plan: August 2026 to July 2027.
Phase 1 · Month 1
Institutional setup
Bank account, accounting, procurement manual, risk matrix and internal policies. Registration with the Government of Cundinamarca and SECOP.
Phase 1 · Month 2
Identity and brand
Brand manual, service portfolio, technical brochure, website and communication strategy.
Phase 2 · Month 3
Partnerships and pipeline
Meetings with 20 key actors and at least 3 proposals submitted.
Phase 2 · Months 3–4
Pilot launch
First participatory workshop and assessment on human rights and territorial governance.
Phase 3 · Months 5–8
Service delivery
First consulting and research contracts and launch of training programs.
Phase 3 · Months 6–9
Special regulations
Intellectual property rules and membership regime.
Phase 4 · Months 10–12
Evaluation and close
Financial statements, internal audit, annual report and 2027 plan.
