Personal data protection policy
How we collect, use and protect your data, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations.

2. Purposes
To answer requests, enquiries and complaints; manage partnerships, contracts and calls; send institutional information when you authorize it; and meet legal obligations.
3. Sensitive data
In our work with communities we take special care with sensitive data and data about children and adolescents. Providing it is never mandatory.
4. Your rights
To access, update, correct and delete your data; request proof of authorization; be informed about its use; withdraw authorization; and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
5. How to exercise them
Write to us using the contact form and choose “Request or complaint”. We answer enquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days.
6. Security and validity
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect information. This policy applies from publication, and data is kept only as long as needed for its purposes.
